Rivamo is a Swiss holding company operating in the emerging regulated cannabis market. The challenge was to create an identity capable of communicating credibility and structure while remaining connected to the category.
What was the idea?
Infrastructure for a regulated cannabis market. The identity positions Rivamo as part of the infrastructure being built around a new regulatory environment — professional, contemporary and connected to the cannabis category without relying on conventional visual clichés.
The logo concept brings together a cannabis leaf and a sunrise-like form, creating a symbol that can work at corporate scale while retaining a clear connection to the category.

I defined the strategic direction, designed the logo and the visual identity system, laid the brandbook foundations and designed the website.
How did it come to life?
The visual direction explored the tension between regulation and a rapidly developing market. The resulting identity combines a structured corporate presence with a visual reference to cannabis and growth.
The identity was supported by direct visual testing: a survey with 17 respondents compared two Rivamo logo directions.
What changed?
The test provided a behavioral signal for the visual direction: Option 1 was associated with a cannabis business by 14 of 17 respondents (82.4%) and preferred at first glance by 13 of 17 (76.5%).
